Please check your local temperatures and add weather protection if needed. Contact us before shipping if you would like your order held due to weather. Heat packs and thermal insulation are available for purchase. 

📫 Shipping

Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid extended transit times. Tracking will be emailed to the address provided at checkout (please check spam).

🚨 Terms of Sale

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

We package with care, but once the carrier has the package, we are not responsible for delays, transit damage, weather stress, or improper acclimation.

If there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video, so that we can file a claim with the carrier. UPS requires photos of the box with the shipping label, the damaged plants inside the box, and the plants damages up close.
