When do you ship?

We ship every week Monday's through Wednesday's (except holidays). Orders placed Wednesday's through Sunday's will ship the following packing week.

Local Pick-up's

We are available for local pick up's by appointment at 77450 zip code area, or at pop-up markets every Saturday. Just send us a message to arrange a pick up!

Do you ship internationally?

No, but we ship to all 50 States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Cancellations

Once the order has shipped, it can not be cancelled. All sales are final once plant is packed for delivery.

Returns

No returns, cancellations, or refunds. All sales are final due to the nature of live plants.

🌡️ Weather

Please check your local temperatures and add weather protection if needed. Contact us before shipping if you would like your order held due to weather. Heat packs and thermal insulation are available for purchase. 

📫 Shipping

Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid extended transit times. Tracking will be emailed to the address provided at checkout (please check spam).

🚨 Terms of Sale

All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

We package with care, but once the carrier has the package, we are not responsible for delays, transit damage, weather stress, or improper acclimation.

If there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video, so that we can file a claim with the carrier. UPS requires photos of the box with the shipping label, the damaged plants inside the box, and the plants damages up close.
