Plant Care Basics (And Trust What Feels Right for You)

🌿 How We Grow & Care for Our Anthuriums
We believe strong plants start with strong growing conditions.
Our anthuriums are grown inside a controlled grow tent environment where humidity is maintained between 60–80%, with the higher end reached on watering days. They are grown under quality grow lights to provide consistent, balanced light year-round.
We use a systemic pest control program along with regular preventative treatments to maintain plant health. Each plant is fertilized gently by microdosing fertilizer with every watering, promoting steady, balanced growth without stress.
🌱 After Your Plant Arrives
We recommend quarantining new plants for at least one month as a preventative measure. This allows time to monitor for pests, support recovery from travel stress, and gradually transition the plant if desired.
To ease acclimation, you may initially mimic our grow conditions — moderate to high humidity and steady lighting — before slowly adjusting to ambient household conditions.
🌱 Quick Care Guide Basics
💧 Water
Keep the soil lightly moist but never soggy. We micro-dose fertilizer with each watering, so think consistent, gentle nourishment rather than heavy feeding. Let the top layer dry slightly between waterings.
🌫️ Humidity
They love humidity (60%+ is ideal), but don’t panic, they can adjust to normal home conditions over time. If your air is dry, a humidifier or grouping plants together helps.
☀️ Light
Low to medium indirect light is perfectly fine. Brighter indirect light encourages stronger growth and prettier leaves — just avoid harsh direct sun.
🌡️ Acclimation
After shipping, give your plant time to rest. Quarantine for about a month if possible, and gradually transition to your home’s environment if you plan to grow outside of a tent or cabinet.
🪴 Patience
New leaves may look a little different as your plant adjusts — that’s normal. Anthuriums reward steady care and consistency.
